HOW IS MY PAYMENT SECURED?
The entire The Lemon Box website is served via a secure, private connection using HTTPS. Data sent using HTTPS is secured via Transport Layer Security protocol (TLS), which provides three key layers of protection:
Encryption, Data integrity and Authentication.
The Lemon Box also supports 3D Secure, which is a new method of security mandated by the Visa and Mastercard Associations and managed by South African banks to enhance security of online transactions. 3D Secure provides an extra layer of security by requiring that the cardholder submits a second level of authentication when shopping online.
Mastercard's product is called "SecureCode" and Visa's product is called "Verified by Visa".
WHY IS MY WATCH LOSING TIME OR STOPPING?
The watch is kinetic, which means that it works with movement. As indicated on the product description, any movement activates the mechanism and powers the watch up. Just like any automatic watch, your watch has a winding mechanism. This prevents the watch from losing time or stopping when you are not wearing it.
On the right side of the watch is the crown that you pull out to correct time, when this crown is pushed back in, it acts as a winding mechanism. By simply rotating the crown in a clockwise fashion, you power the watch up so that it shouldn’t lose time or stop even when you are not wearing it. 10 to 15 rotations should power the watch for at least 2 days.

Yes, the Hoverboards we sell have Bluetooth speakers which can connect to any Bluetooth device in order for you to play sound through them.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping takes 3 to 4 working days from the day the order is dispatched. Keep in mind that we will only dispatch orders that have been fully paid for and verified by our accounts department.
HOW DO I USE THE CASH ON COLLECTION SERVICE?
The Cash on Collection service is for clients who would like to pay cash when they collect their orders at our offices. We are at 24 Station Road, Montague Gardens, Cape Town.
CAN I PAY WHEN YOU DELIVER?
We do not take payments on delivery. This is because we outsource our couriers.
